13:00 Welcome, introductions and overview Professor Andrew Douglas, Network Facilitator, ITW Networks

Andrew will provide an introduction to the objectives of the experience sharing group (ESG) and will invite participants to introduce themselves.

Andrew will then share with the group some latest thinking on innovation theory, picking up on the elements that were highlighted at the Innovation Exchange Lunch on the 4th November, before focussing on the theme of management of major service providers.
