Andrew will provide an introduction to the objectives of the innovation exchange) and will invite participants to introduce themselves.

Andrew will then share with the group some latest thinking on innovation theory, key factors that support and barriers that inhibit innovation in organisations.

13:00 Open experience sharing discussion

The group will identify common trends in the case studies given and hold an open debate on how organisations can encourage and develop an ‘innovative’ culture within their supply chain and procurement team.

Guests will share what their top insights from the session were and suggest how they can be used in their organisations.
