With the dawn of the iPad and development of further mobile devices, an initial view will be taken on how these technological innovations will affect the digital communications landscape, in particular customer behaviour.
Simon Godfrey, Director, SAP will give an initial view leading into the group addressing three key questions:
- With technological innovations coming along so frequently, how can organisations ensure they stay agile, with their strategies adaptable?
- Apple’s Steve Jobs claimed that the Apple iAd will provide the “emotion of television ads” with the “interactivity of web ads”. How will this affect the willingness of customers to interact with brands via mobile devices?
- What does the future hold for customer interaction with mobile devices?
