The OFT publishes new guidance on Competition Law

Further to our last Corporate Governance meeting on 19th July we briefly touched on competition Law. The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) published important new guidance on Competition Law on 27th June.

Competition Law applies to all businesses, but is particularly relevant to both Procurement and Compliance professionals.
